ما الذي يعالجه المشروع
الهدف هو تعويض الدفتر الورقي دون تغيير طريقة العمل بالمحطة: المنظّم يحتفظ بتدبير طابوره، والسائق يمسح رمزاً بدل التوقيع على سطر.
الطابور (النوبة)
دور كل سيارة أجرة يُسجَّل في المحطة ويُتابَع إلى غاية الانطلاق: أخذ الدور، الانطلاق، ثم الوصول.
السجل
السيارات ومحطاتها ومالكوها، السائقون ووثائقهم، ورخص الاستغلال بما فيها الإراثة والتفويت.
الخطوط والتعريفات
الخطوط المخدومة من كل محطة، والثمن المعتمد لكل مقعد — معلن ومقروء للمسافر.
أثر كل رحلة
الموقع الجغرافي يُسجَّل بين الانطلاق والوصول فقط. خارج الرحلة، الخادم يرفض أي موقع.
أربعة مستويات
وطني، جهوي، إقليمي، وفضاء عمومي للمواطن: كل طرف يرى ما يخصّه، لا غير.
تطبيقات الميدان
ثلاثة تطبيقات كانت مبرمجة للميدان: السائق، منظّم المحطة، والمسافر.
حالة المشروع اليوم
المشروع في طور الإنجاز. بتاريخ 24 شتنبر 2026 تمّ إيقاف كل الخدمات وإزالتها من الخادم، ولم يبق سوى هذه الصفحة.
ما هو متاح على هذا الموقع
- لا بوابة، ولا حساب، ولا ولوج.
- لا تطبيق ولا ملف قابل للتحميل.
- لا قاعدة معطيات ولا وثائق على هذا الخادم.
- صفحة ثابتة: لا تجمع أي معطيات شخصية، ولا تستعمل ملفات تعريف الارتباط، ولا ترسل أي طلب إلى خدمة خارجية.

Ce que le projet traite
L'objectif est de remplacer le carnet papier sans changer la façon de travailler en station : l'organisateur garde la main sur sa file, le chauffeur scanne un code au lieu de signer une ligne.
La file (noba)
Le tour de chaque taxi est inscrit en station et suivi jusqu'au départ : tour, départ, puis arrivée.
Le registre
Véhicules, stations de rattachement et propriétaires ; chauffeurs et leurs pièces ; agréments, succession et cession comprises.
Lignes et tarifs
Les trajets desservis par chaque station et le prix homologué par place — affiché et vérifiable par le voyageur.
La trace d'une course
La position n'est enregistrée qu'entre le départ et l'arrivée. Hors course, le serveur refuse toute position.
Quatre échelons
National, régional, provincial, et un espace public citoyen : chacun ne voit que ce qui le concerne.
Applications terrain
Trois applications étaient prévues pour le terrain : chauffeur, organisateur de station, voyageur.
État du projet
Le projet est en cours de développement. Le 24 septembre 2026, l'ensemble des services a été arrêté et retiré du serveur ; seule cette page subsiste.
Ce que ce site propose

What the project addresses
The aim is to replace the paper notebook without changing how a station works: the organiser still runs the queue, and the driver scans a code instead of signing a line.
The queue (noba)
Each taxi's turn is recorded at the station and followed through to departure: turn, departure, then arrival.
The registry
Vehicles, home stations and owners; drivers and their documents; operating licences, inheritance and transfer included.
Routes and fares
The routes served by each station and the official price per seat — published and checkable by the passenger.
A trip leaves a trace
Position is recorded only between departure and arrival. Outside a trip, the server rejects any position.
Four tiers
National, regional, provincial, and a public citizen space: each side sees only what concerns it.
Field applications
Three field applications were planned: driver, station organiser, passenger.
Current status
The project is under development. On 24 September 2026 every service was shut down and removed from the server; only this page remains.
